Dark Days Survival is a publication about preparedness and self-reliance: getting organised before the problem arrives. We publish practical guides on water and food storage, home emergency kits, backup power, emergency communications and useful skills for blackouts, floods, storms and supply disruptions — in English, French, Italian and Portuguese.
We are not doomers: we believe in calm preparation. Preparing buys peace of mind, and that takes clear, verifiable, field-tested information — not fear lists.
Our mission
Our mission is that any household can ride out a 72-hour emergency — and beyond — on its own resources: water, food, power, tools and know-how. We explain what to buy without overspending, how to store it so it lasts, and what to learn today so you are not improvising tomorrow.
